What Happens If It Fails?
If your property is discovered by the electrician to be in violation of any safety standard, these safety violations must be addressed by a trained individual within the 28-day period from receiving the report, or within a timeframe that is shorter than 28 days when deemed necessary by the inspector.
If the remedial measures are not enough, the procedure must continue until the safety standards for electrical installations have been met in a sufficient manner.
